​Remote maintenance for MacOS devices


Connect to your Mac

​So that we can connect to your device, please follow the instructions:

1.If you are using TeamViewer 14 or later on your Mac, you will see the following dialog when you start TeamViewer:

2.  In the dialog shown above, click the Request Access... button to go to this Accessibility Access dialog:

3.   Click  Open System Preferences. In the Accessibility section, you will be taken to the Privacy tab within the Security settings.

4.   Click on the lock icon at the bottom left to make changes. You will be asked to enter administrator account credentials to continue.

5.   Check TeamViewer to allow access:

6.   Click the lock icon at the bottom left again to save the changes.

7.   You can now close the Security window. The next time you receive an incoming connection via TeamViewer, the person connecting to your Mac can now control it remotely.
